Further to the decision of Cabinet on 3 March 2015, the related exempt minute is only being supplied to Cabinet, The Chairmen of Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Audit Committee, The Leader and Deputy Leader of the Principal Opposition Party, and the Leaders of other Groups on the Council.

The Chief Operating Officer has been authorised to release the exempt status after the appeal by Henderson against the High Court decision in relation to Silver Hill has been determined.
