The Network has been established to assist in the support of the development of the Overview and Scrutiny function and to provide a network for Members to exchange good practice.  It is suggested that one nominee is put forward by the Council.  therefore it is recommended that this be the Chairman of this committee and the Vice Chairman as reserve
