Charitable Collections
Licences or permits are required by people collecting for charity, both in the street and house-to-house.
Direct Debits are not regulated by the Council, but we would ask that you contact the Licensing team to book a date you wish to collect on.
Due to Winchester High Street being narrow there is limited space for collections; therefore booking is advised. If you would like to check the availability, please contact the Licensing Office on 01962 848 238 or email licensing@winchester.gov.uk
