Winchester Market Trader Application
If you would like to trade at one or more of the Winchester Markets you will need to complete this form and submit supporting documentation.
To ensure that you complete the application correctly and submit the correct documentation you should read the Traders’ Handbook.
You can print off a paper copy of the Trader Application, complete it and send it to Winchester City Council
Please also ensure you have all the documents scanned ready to be uploaded.
Once your application and supporting documentation has been received and reviewed you will be contacted by Winchester City Council. If your application and supporting documentation are satisfactory you will added to our Approved Trader list. You will then be invited to trade at one of our markets by our partner, SMT Management Consultants Ltd, when a vacancy arises. If your application is unsuccessful the reasons for this will be explained to you.
