Submit your event online

If you would like to submit an event for inclusion in our popular online Events Calendar, please complete the form on the following pages giving as much information as possible. We also encourage you to upload a suitable image for your event or pdf file. The image must be high quality, RGB and at least 800 x 800px.

Before you enter the details of your event please make sure that you have all the relevant licences in place:

- for the sale of alcohol
- regulated entertainment
- late night refreshment

Your event will be published once the details have been verified by the Tourist Information Centre, unless there is a need to contact you for clarification. Please be aware that during busy times this may take up to a week.

Please note that only public events taking place within the Winchester district will be considered for inclusion.

Winchester City Council's events acceptance policy


Winchester City Council events calendar is for anyone who wants to publicise their event held in Winchester and the surrounding District.

Any event submitted that contains unacceptable content will be rejected.

Unacceptable content includes (but is not limited to) that which:
* Does not conform to UK, European and international legislation - for example copyright and data protection law

* Would be considered offensive or threatening
