Park and Ride Smart Card - Initial Card Purchase

This form can be used to purchase new Park and Ride Cards for use in the Barfield, St Catherine’s and South of Winchester Park and Ride Car Parks. You may only purchase new cards online. To top-up existing card(s), please visit the Parking Services counter in the City Offices customer reception area, where your card can be credited with the top-up amount.

Up to 4 cards can be purchased using this form, but all can only be registered under one name and address.

The minimum amount that can be credited onto a card is £25.00 and the card cannot hold more than £200.00. You may credit each card with any amount in between the limits. Your card will be debited by £2.70 each day you park with it.
