Property Name (Change) Request Form

This form should be used to request a name for a property, or to request a change of existing name.

Your proposed names (up to a maximum of 3) are checked to make sure the new property name is not too similar to existing names in the area.

This avoids potential problems with delivery and location of property by the emergency services.

If you are purchasing a new property and wish to change the property name you must have exchanged contracts before submitting this request.
