Hampshire Pride Big Day and March

1pm Assemble at King Alfred Campus, University of Winchester.
When you arrive, you’ll be able to buy Pride merchandise (flags, glow sticks etc.), enjoy the party vibe and hear from Hannah Phillips (teen transgender representative of the UK) and the Vice Chancellor of The University of Winchester.
2pm Parade departs from UoW.
This year the parade will be setting off from The University of Winchester, following a safe and accessible route across Winchester, England’s ancient capital, ending up at the Discovery Centre in time for the much anticipated Hampshire Pride Market Place!
Bring your pride flags, whistles and all things rainbow, for this celebration of diversity across the city. The route takes in many historic landmarks, passing a number of local businesses adorned with colourful pride displays in support of this momentous occasion.
3pm Pride marketplace at Winchester Discovery Centre
At Winchester Discovery Centre, the parade will be joined by various LGBT+ groups and their stalls along with food stands for refreshments.

7.30pm Pride Party at the Railway Inn
An evening of cabaret, music and dancing to celebrate the second year of Hampshire Pride. The party kicks off at the Railway Inn at 7:30pm, Cabaret in The Attic from 8pm and DJ in The Barn ’til 1am!
