Della Galton - Between Writers and Editors
Tue 10/11/15 7:30 PM - 9:45 PM
A talk about the relationship between writers and editors in getting work published.
The novelist, short-story writer and journalist Della Galton is the speaker at the November meeting of the Hampshire Writers’ Society. Della is an established author in her own right. Her most recent novels 'Ice and a Slice' (2013) and 'The Morning After the Life Before: Ice and a Slice, Volume 2' (2015) are sparkling, at once serious and funny romances that spring from the question ‘How many drinks does it take to erase the past?’ Della’s writing life is also that of an ‘agony aunt’ for the magazine 'Writers’ Forum'. She is therefore well placed to talk this evening
about the relationship between writers and editors that comes into play when getting work – both fiction and non-fiction – published. All are welcome to attend.
