Previous emergency responses have been effective and well received, but there are still many homes and businesses which may suffer directly or indirectly from the floods. - Flood Alleviation Scheme – St.Bedes/Park Avenue, Winchester Winchester City Council, in conjunction with Hampshire County Council and the Environment Agency, recently undertook a consultation event for the St.Bedes/Park Avenue scheme at the beginning of February.
