Police and Crime Commissioner

Duties and responsibilities, in relation to candidates and agents, in connection with the PCC election are the responsibility of the Police Area Returning Officer (PARO). The PARO designate for the Hampshire Police Area is Mark Heath who is also the Returning Officer for Southampton City Council. City Council Elections

This year, following last year’s Boundary Review, there will be 45 seats on the City Council, all of which will be contested at the Local Election.

Parish and Town Council Elections

Parish or Town Councils will only hold a poll if they become contested. The Parish or Town Councils that will be up for election this year are as follows:

Badger Farm (8 seats), Boarhunt (6 seats), Compton & Shawford (9 seats), Shedfield (14 seats), Southwick & Widley (9 seats)
