Equality Impact Assessments
An Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process for ensuring that equality and social inclusion issues are considered against council services and policies.
It allows us to ensure that services or policies is not discriminating (actual or perceived to be) against particular groups of people, especially groups or communities who experience inequality, discrimination, social exclusion or disadvantage.
