Winchester BID Renewal

The Winchester BID has been voted in for a second term.  See the results of the ballot.

Winchester City Council, as the billing authority for the area, has been instructed to hold a ballot to decide whether Winchester Business Improvement District should have a second five-year term. This is in accordance with Part 4 of the Local Government Act 2003 and The Business Improvement Districts (England) Regulations 2004. 13 September	'Notice of Ballot' and 'Summary of BID Proposals and Arrangements for the Ballot ' mailed out to each voter
27 September	Ballot papers issued
15 October	Close of proxy appointments
22 October	Close of replacement ballot papers
25 October	Close of ballot
26 October	Count and declare result
