Winchester BID Renewal

The Winchester BID has been voted in for a second term.  See the results of the ballot.

Winchester City Council, as the billing authority for the area, has been instructed to hold a ballot to decide whether Winchester Business Improvement District should have a second five-year term. This is in accordance with Part 4 of the Local Government Act 2003 and The Business Improvement Districts (England) Regulations 2004.
