Bookings for consecutive days

20% off the published room rate for the second day and 30% off on the third (and any following) days for bookings in the same room.

Serial Bookings

10% off published room rate for customers booking for a minimum of four events during the year at one go.

Accommodation at neighbouring hotels

Preferential room rates have been negotiated at nearby city centre 3 & 4* hotels (two within a few minutes walk of Winchester Guildhall and one on the outskirts of town) for all event organizers and guests to take advantage of. Subject to availability, please mention your requirements to our Event Managers who will furnish you with further details.
