Older Persons Bus Pass

Men and women over 60 years of age are entitled to a Free fare National off-peak bus pass from Winchester City Council.

From 1^st April 2008, with the free off-peak bus pass, you will be entitled to free travel on local buses anywhere in England between 09.30am and 11pm, Monday to Friday, and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Eligible Winchester City Council residents will also be able to use the local buses in the Winchester District only, from 9am Monday to Friday.

To apply for a bus pass the following form needs to be completed.

You will need to complete and submit the form and provide

• One recent colour passport-size photograph with your name written on the reverse
• Proof of your age (see form for acceptable proofs)
• and proof of your residency within the Winchester District (see form for acceptable proofs)
