Winchester City Council shares responsibility for public transport matters, both with Hampshire County Council, and with the local bus operating companies.

Disabled people, and men or women over the age of 60, are entitled to a free fare off-peak bus pass from Winchester City Council. The relevant application forms and further information can be downloaded from the links on the left hand side.
