Season Tickets - (Pay and Display Car Parks)

Season Tickets are available for most long-stay* Pay and Display car parks.
*Season Tickets are available for long-stay parking within the short-stay St Peter's Car Park.

Season Tickets will enable its holder to park within a set group of long-stay car parks without the need for daily payment at any car park ticket machine and at a discounted cost. Please note that purchase of a Season Ticket does not guarantee any space within a car park.

To make a purchase you will need to pay by either debit card or credit card. If you are renewing any existing Season Tickets, please have your existing Ticket numbers to hand.

To apply, download a season ticket application form and submit as directed.

Alternatively, a form may be requested to be posted, faxed or emailed to you by telephoning 01962 848 346 or emailing seasons@winchester.gov.uk .

Cost: Annual (£1190.00) Quarterly (£325.00)
Car Parks - Gladstone Street, St Peters and Tower Street

Season Ticket may also be used in car parks within Groups D, E and F

Group D
Cost: Annual (£790.00) Quarterly (£215.00)
Car Parks - Cattle Market, Chesil Street Surface, Coach Park, Crowder Terrace, Durngate, The Lido, Worthy Lane

Season Ticket may also be used in car parks within Groups E and F

Group E
Cost: Annual (£400.00) Quarterly (£110.00)
Car Parks - Barfield Close (only)

Group F
Cost: Annual (£275.00) Quarterly (£75.00)
Car Parks - Alresford Station, Alresford and Lower Lane, Bishops Waltham (only)

Winchester City Council supports and encourages the take-up of environmentally friendly vehicles. These are available to vehicles registered on or after the 1st March 2001 that are included within Vehicle excise duty bands A or B (CO₂ emissions equal or less than 120 g/km).
