Parking Charge Notice - PCN
A Penalty Charge Notice may be issued to a vehicle if it is found parked in contravention of the parking regulations that are in place for that location and Winchester City Council controls the parking restrictions for that area. A penalty charge may be either £70.00 or £50.00 depending on the contravention.
