Renewing your permit

The responsibility for renewing a permit rests with the individual permit holder however we aim to send out renewal forms to permit holders approximately three weeks before a permit expires.

Renewal forms can be requested from the Parking Office in person, by telephone on 01962 848 346, by email at permits@winchester.gov.uk

We recommend that applications for renewal be made two weeks in advance so that we can process your application before the expiry of the permit.

When renewing you will need to submit a signed renewal form, payment and proof of residence. Proof of Residence is required to be submitted with all applications for renewal. If renewing a Resident permit and your vehicle is different from that shown on your existing permit, proof of vehicle ownership/keepership must also be included.
