Pay for Parking in Winchester
There are a variety of ways to pay for parking in the Winchester District.
You can purchase some Season Tickets and Cards online, as well as new Park and Ride smart cards and renewals of Environmentally Friendly Vehicle discounted Season Tickets.
At Winchester City Council we will also soon be introducing an easy and convenient method of paying for parking by mobile phone with a credit or debit card.

Park and Pay by Phone - An Introduction
Rather than having to put money into a pay and display machine, you can now use your mobile phone – which means no more worrying about whether you are carrying the correct change as the cost of parking is simply charged to your credit or debit card.
