Off-Street (Car Parks)

Separate motorcycle parking is available in the following car parks. Parking is free if using these motorcycle spaces. Payment for parking is required if parking within a space designed for car use.

Winchester

• Guildhall Yard (Public parking on Saturdays only)

• Middle Brook Street
• River Park Leisure Centre
• St Peter's
• The Brooks (Area is situated outside of the car park on the ground level (off Friarsgate)

In the Middle Brook Street, Colebrook Street and Jewry Street car parks, there are facilities to chain your motorcycle using your own lock.

On-Street

There are no dedicated on-street parking bays for motorcycles, although motorcycles may be left without permit or payment in all residents' on-street parking bays and the following on-street pay and display parking places

• St Peter Street (Shared Use - Zone M) (8am-6pm)

• Tower Street (Shared Use - Zone R) (8am-6pm)
• Upper High Street (Shared Use - Zone Q) (8am-6pm)
• Wales Street (Shared Use - Zone B) (8am-6pm)
• Water Lane (Shared Use - Zone B) (8am-6pm)

Payment is required to be made if parking within the following on-street pay and display parking places.

• The Square (8am-6pm)

Please do not leave your motorcycle where there are waiting or loading restrictions, on footways, or where it may obstruct other off-road pedestrian areas.
