Eligibility for Bus Passes

You are eligible to have a free fare National off-peak bus pass from Winchester City Council if you are a permanent resident within the Winchester district and are either:

• over 60 years of age
• registered disabled with the Adult Services Department of Hampshire County Council under one of the following categories:

a) blind or partially sighted
b) profoundly or severely deaf
c) without speech
d) with a disability, or have suffered an injury, which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to walk
e) without arms or the long-term loss of the use of both arms
f) with severe learning disability
g) would have or has been refused a driving licence under section 92 of Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1988
