Outdoor Facilities at Meadowside Leisure Centre
Outdoor facilities at the Meadowside Centre include two full size football pitches, which can be adapted to four mini soccer pitches, a cricket wicket and two tennis courts.
Changing facilities and showers are available to teams using the pitches and are provided at the centre.

Insurance requirements
- The City Council pitch booking policy requires all hirers of Council pitches to have £5million public liability insurance.
- A certificate of insurance must be produced prior to any game taking place on the Council's sports pitches.
- Any team which does not meet these requirements must pay a levy of 6% of their booking fee to the Council in return for which they will be provided with cover from the Council's block policy.
- It is necessary for all teams to provide a copy of their insurance certificate. If clubs are affiliated then will not be required to pay the Council levy.
- If teams do not provide a copy of their certificate it will be assumed that they wish to use the Council policy unless we are otherwise advised.
