Fitness Classes at Meadowside Leisure Centre

There are a variety of fitness classes including Legs, Bums and Tums, Step Workout, Circuits, Yoga and Pilates. These are available to both members and non-members.

Parent and Baby Class - Enrol for a course of 6 or 12 weeks, but this does not have to be consecutive weeks. Members £25.00 and non-members £35.00 to be paid when booking a 6 week course. First class is free to all. Please dress with the possibility of getting muddy.

Military Circuit - Enrol for a course of 6 or 12 weeks, but this does not have to be consecutive weeks. Members £30.00 and non-members £40.00 required when booking a 6 week. First class is free to all. Please dress with the possibility of getting muddy.

Booking Policy for Yoga and Pilates - To ensure more people have the opportunity to attend these popular classes we are ONLY taking bookings on the day of the class; for example if the class is on the 1st October, then you can ring up or pop in from 7am on the 1st October to book.
