Cyclists in Winchester seek a touch of Frost
It has been over a century since Winchester's famous cycling champion, Dickie Frost, claimed every major amateur cycling trophy in Britain. Starting from 14 June, Winchester Bike Week will provide residents with a chance to get on their bikes and emulate their local hero.
