Winchester Museums is part of Winchester City Council's Economic and Cultural Services Division, running four sites in the city and providing a wide range of associated services.

Making Winchester's history come to life
Winchester Museums is responsible for the City Museum, the Westgate Museum and City Space. The Historic Environment Centre provides a venue where the museum's collections and curators may be consulted by appointment.
Our aim is to raise the profile of the Winchester district as a world-class destination and to enhance the quality of the visitor experience.
