Internet Access in the Winchester district

Internet access points exist at libraries with the Winchester district and library members can use these using their card number and PIN code.

Computers with internet access can also be used for free at the Winchester City Council offices in Colebrook Street, Winchester. These are locked down so can only be used to access council webpages.
