Sculpture

Sculpture is the art of creating 3-dimensional objects to express ideas. Sculptors are interested in the place or space where their work is placed, and how their sculpture will alter the way that space feels or looks. Sculptures can be made as solid objects, or from light or sound. Sculpture has a natural home in Winchester, and many sculptors live or work here, or have been inspired by the city and its surrounding villages and landscapes. Winchester School of Art and Hampshire Sculpture Trust offer excellent training and resources for sculptors.

Below are some links to national and local projects and information about sculpture.
