A Local Access Point where all your Housing and Council Tax Benefit queries and Housing issues can be answered is currently available in Bishops Waltham.
This Local Access Point provides a confidential consultation from our Housing Benefit Visiting Officer and/or our Area Housing Manager.
A range of subjects can be covered including:
- General information on all aspects of Housing and Council Tax Benefit
- General information on Housing Issues
- A chance for Council tenants to discuss problems with rents, property management or repairs
- Help completing Housing and Council Tax Benefit application forms
- Quotes on possible entitlement to Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit
- Our Visiting Officer can take photo's of proofs that need to be supplied to support your claim for Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit
