Estates Section

The Estates Division assists the Council secure its objectives through the use of land and also maintains the Council property records, deals with all land and property negotiations and valuations and manages land owned by the Council which is not the responsibility of another department.

The Estates and the Facilities section is located at City Offices and is lead by the Head of Estates, Tony Langridge.
