Council Lettings - Garages

The City Council has almost 2000 lock up garages throughout the district available for rent by existing Council tenants or private individuals.

As with other dwellings, there is high demand for garages in most areas. Applicants can specify up to three areas on application and garages becoming vacant will normally be offered to the longest waiting applicant for the area.

Applicants will be required to make sure they have no outstanding debts to the Council prior to being allocated a garage.

How to apply for a garage

Then simply complete an online Garage Application Form, and we will get in touch with you.
