Electronic Applications - The Green Option.
If you wish to submit your application electronically please use the link below.
Submit-a-Plan enables anyone, with access to the web, to submit Building Control applications to Local Authorities across the country free of charge. It is the green option compared to printing and will help to reduce your carbon footprint.
Changes to the Private Sewer Ownership.
From October 1, 2011 property owners will no longer be responsible for certain sewer pipes that connect their homes to public sewers. New legislation will transfer responsibility for these pipes, called private sewers and lateral drains, to Southern Water. Please follow the following link for futher information, Sewer Transfer
