Exclusion from Housing Allocation for Anti-social Behaviour
A person is not eligible to be considered for an allocation if, they, or a member of their household, has been guilty of unacceptable behaviour serious enough to make them unsuitable to be a tenant of the Council or of a registered social landlord

Winchester City Council manages a housing stock of just under 5,200 properties. Roughly 60% of these are situated within Winchester.
