Allocated Council Home Lettings
The District is divided into seven geographical groups of choice and applicants can choose as many of those groups or parishes within the groups as they would like.
Generally applicants will only be offered accommodation that falls within one of their areas of choice.
There may be occasions when due to the urgency, individual circumstances, nature of a case, and the vacant stock available that accommodation will be offered in areas within the Winchester District but not in the applicant's preferred areas of choice
