Broadway Friarsgate Planning Brief
This Broadway/Friarsgate Planning Brief has been the subject of informal and formal consultations carried out by the City Council over a four-year period. The final period of consultation ended on 11th April 2003. Since this time the final version of the Planning Brief has been completed.

At a meeting of the full Council on 25th June 2003 the Planning Brief was adopted as a background document to the Revised Deposit Winchester District Local Plan
