Planning Application Fees

The Fee Regulations were updated and approved in the House of Lords on 25th February, to confirm the fees for the new application types that were introduced in October 2009. The new fee regulations, which came into effect on 26th February 2010, can be found on this link.

The fee should be paid at the time the application is submitted. If you are unsure of the fee applicable, please contact planning@winchester.gov.uk, or telephone 01962 848 570.

PLEASE NOTE: As from 15 February 2010 this Council will be charging for requests for confirmation that one or more planning conditions have been complied with. The charges can be found in the Planning Fees document (above).
