Implementation of Infilling Policy
This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) has been adopted to enable users of the Local Plan to understand how the Council intends to implement Local Plan Policy H.4.
You can download a copy of the SPD below.
You can also download a copy of the Sustainability Appraisal scoping report for the two SPDs: 'Implementation of Infilling Policy' and 'Implementation of Local (Housing) Reserve Sites Policy' . The report outlines the criteria on which the draft SPDs were assessed. The two SPDs were subsequently adopted by Winchester City Council in July 2006.
