Sparsholt Village Design Statement (draft)
A draft Village Design Statement has been produced for Sparsholt by the Parish Council.
The consultation on the draft design statement closed on Thursday 17 August 2007. Thank you for all the comments received; these will be carefully considered by the Council when deciding how to amend the draft design statement before adopting it as a 'Supplementary Planning Document'.
When adopted, the document will provide design guidance for development in Sparsholt and will supplement the Winchester District Local Plan (WDLPR 2006).
This document is still available to be viewed at Winchester City Council Planning Reception at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ (Please note that the reception is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm Friday). Copies may also be purchased from Winchester City Council.
