Sleepers Hill Local Area Design Statement
Winchester City Council has produced and adopted a Local Area Design Statement for Sleepers Hill, Winchester which identifies design criteria against which planning applications in the area will be assessed.
The Sleepers Hill LADS is a Supplementary Planning Document that supplements the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006).
The document was adopted as supplementary to the Winchester District Local Plan Review by the Council on 17 January 2007, following the 6-week consultation period held in the summer of 2006.
