Otterbourne Village Design Statement

The Otterbourne Village Design Statement (VDS) was adopted by the Council on 15 July 2008, following the public consultation period held during 2006 and 2007.

The Otterbourne VDS is now a Supplementary Planning Document to the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006), and identifies design criteria against which planning applications in the area will be assessed.
