Village/Neighbourhood Design Statements

In this area you will find the design statements we have available electronically. When design statements are adopted by Winchester City Council, they become Supplementary Planning Documents which supplement the Winchester District Local Plan Review (WDLPR 2006) and, in due course, the emerging Winchester District Local Development Framework (WDLDF). If you cannot see the list of design statements to download along the lefthand side of this page, please click here to see the design statements available to download.

In addition you can download a list of all design statements and their stage of production. The list was last updated in May 2008. Only the most recent Design Statements are currently available on-line. If you would like to see a paper version of any of the adopted design statements, please contact our Customer Service Centre on the number listed above.
