Open Space Strategy - Contribution Scales

The contribution scales found in the downloadable document below will be used as a basis for seeking contributions for all relevant planning applications determined on or after 1st April 2008, according to the scale set out in the District Open Space Strategy 2008-2009.

Please refer to the lists to establish which contribution scale will be sought within each Parish, or ward within Winchester City. Please note that different scales now apply to contributions for play and sports facilities, and for some Parishes, no contribution will be sought for one or both of these facilities.

The City Council approved the contributions scales on 21st April 2008 for use with the Open Space Funding System. Please refer to the District Open Space Strategy for a detailed justification for the scales proposed.
