Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (Formerly known as Basic Food Hygiene or Foundation Level)

Time
The course runs from 9.15am to approximately 4.30pm
Course cost
£55 per candidate
Bookings must be paid for in advance of the course date. As numbers on the course are limited and places fill quite quickly, places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellations will only be accepted if recieved in writing 10 days before the course date.

Refreshments
Drinking water will be available throughout the day and refreshments will be provided during break times.
Please note that lunch is NOT provided
Photo identification
Each candidate must bring photo identification with them on the day. This can be one of the following:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Foreign ID card
- Work Identification
- Rail card
- European Union (EU) card
- Proof of age card
- Disability card
If you fail to provide suitable photo identification you will be unable to sit the exam.
