Customer Service Hat Trick

Customer service excellenceWe moved a step closer to our goal of achieving Customer Service Excellence accreditation across the whole council on 27 March, when Economic and Cultural Services joined Landlord Services and Customer Service as holders of the new standard.
At the feedback session, the assessor commented on several aspects of the service which had impressed him; the sense of clarity across the division in understanding customers' needs, the tailored approach to dealing with the many different types of customers, the culture of quality and the overall passion staff demonstrated for the services they provide.
