The Sustainable Community Strategy (the successor to the Corporate Strategy) is at the heart of all that Winchester City Council is aiming for over the next 20 years. And it's not just the City Council; a whole range of organisations and individuals in the District have also signed up to the objectives.
The Corporate Business Plan 2000-2014 describes the steps that the City Council is taking as its part of the process.
