What does it do
The Panel constitutes an overview and scrutiny committee in terms of the Local Government Act 2000 and holds to account the Portfoilo Holder for Heritage, Culture and Sport and the Portfolio Holder for Economy and Tourism. In summary, this Panel will scrutinise the following functions:-
- Recreation, Sport and Leisure
- The Arts and Culture
- Heritage, Museums and Community Facilities
- The Local Economy and Tourism
