Forward Plan of Key Decisions

The Forward Plan of Key Decisions is produced by the Council to help give advance notice of Key Decisions to be made by the Cabinet or officers. The latest plans can be found below and archived plans can be found using the side navigation.

Outlining Key Decision which are to be taken over the next 4 months, it is updated and replaced every month, sometimes showing changes, which are shown up in a bold type.

Key Decisions included in the Forward plan are those which are financially significant, or which have significant impact on others. These include decisions involving income or expenditure of £100,000 and above, or decisions having significant effects on people or organisations living in two or more wards.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about any item included in the Forward Plan of Key Decisions should write to Officer detailed in the "Representation - to whom and date" column of the plan at Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9LJ.

Where a document is a committee report, it is usually available to view 5 days before the meeting, although confidential and exempt reports are not available to the public.
