To report a non urgent repair at your property, text: Repairs - Your surname - house number - postcode

Fly Tipping
To report fly tipping, text: Fly tipping - Your surname - location of tipping

Abandoned vehicles
To report an abandoned vehicle, text: Abandoned vehicle - Your surname - vehicle registration - location of vehicle

Call back
To request a member of the Customer Service team to call you back, text: Call back - Your surname - House number - Postcode

Customer services will call you back on the phone that you sent the text from, unless you specify an alternative number. The cost of sending a text message depends on the mobile phone tariff you use. Winchester City Council does not make any additional charge. Your text message will go directly to the Customer Services Centre who will then deal with the matter.
