Why do you need my suggestions?
You use our services, you are our customers, and therefore you know best how we can improve. This is an opportunity to give us your feedback and suggest ways for us to improve.
What suggestions can I make?
You can make any suggestions on how you think our services can be improved, whether they relate to a single department or the council as a whole, or perhaps you have an idea that we have not thought of.
How do I submit my suggestion?
You can submit an online suggestion form, or pick up a Suggestion Scheme form from the Reception area in City Offices which you can complete and put in the Suggestion Scheme box, or complete at home and post to:

What happens after I have submitted my suggestion?
We will contact you to provide feedback on your suggestion and to let you know what action we will take. We will publish the suggestions we act upon on this page and in the Reception area in City Offices.
