Consultation E-Panel

Winchester City Council is establishing a new consultation panel to help when consulting about Council initiatives, activities and various proposals. The panel will be an 'electronic panel' and people will be consulted via email and the completion of online survey forms.
It is envisaged that consultation will take place every two or three months and will consist of less than a dozen questions on each occasion (i.e. 10 minutes or less of your time for each consultation).
